Description
The service provides proactive support and coordination to autistic children and young people and children and young people with learning disabilities, aged zero to 25 years, who are at risk of or experience an hospital admission, as well as supporting their families.

The ICB is intending to award a contract to existing providers following direct award process C The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £2,802,000 The dates between which the services are intended to be provided are 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2028.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 21 March 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.

Representations should be sent to nnicb-nn.psrsupport@nhs.net The decision was made by the Strategic Planning and Integration Committee in line with the ICB's Scheme of Reservation and Delegation. A potential conflict of interest was identified and managed in line with the ICB's Standards of Business Conduct Policy. The relative importance of the key criteria was of equal weighting.
