Legal Justification

Vantive Limited are the only supplier able to provide the maintenance required as all of their plants carry CE0086, which indicates that the equipment conforms to the EC Council Director 93/42/EEC concerning the medical devices. It also complies with the IEC 60601 edition three requirements for a medical device. The service manual states the following “CAUTION the information in this Manuel is intended for trained Vantive Limited Technicians. Servicing to be carried out by Certified Vantive Limited Technical Support. This means that Vantive Limited Trained Engineers can only undertake the maintenance and repair on the medical equipment. The access to remote monitoring function has a verified state IP address exclusive for Vantive Limited to dial into the online diagnostic tool.
