Description
The service aims to improve childhood immunisation rates amongst hard to reach and other priority groups across North East Lincolnshire. The service is essential in actively encouraging the uptake and providing vaccinations in the community, but also other associated health surveillance and promotion, by appropriately trained and competent staff. The service includes: • providing a responsive provision which meets the needs of any amendments to current vaccinations and immunisation programmes; • delivering elements of immunisation programmes applicable to each individual; • ensuring vaccinations and immunisations are delivered in accordance with the vaccination and immunisation requirements; • offering flexible arrangements for vaccination services in the home and community settings; • empowering individuals to make informed decisions regarding immunisations; • recording, electronically, in an accurate and timely manner details of the vaccination against the individuals record held by the Provider and ensuring that this information is shared with the Child Health Information Service.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 23:59hrs 28 March 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded. This notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
