Legal Justification

The University was successful in winning the highly competitive funding provided by Wolfson Foundation for this. One of the main requirements by the funder was an establishment of unique research facilities. As a result, Loughborough will get a unique – the only one in Europe – experimental system that is produced only by Dynamic Systems Inc. (its European office DSI Europe GmbH is mentioned in the contract). No other company can produce the system with these capabilities.
