Description

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire Rescue Service have undertaken a competitive process for the provision of cleaning services across their estate. The requirement will look at the following types of cleaning: - Offices - Transport Depots - Workshops - Training centres - Warehouse facilities - Restricted access specialist facilities (e.g. records storage, laboratories) - Rooms containing contaminants

The requirement includes the following types of cleaning: … The tender assessed various cleaning requirements, including: - Experience relating to experience which covers fire contaminants or Vehicle Work Shop Cleaning - Experience which covers multi-site geographically disparate locations and uses a mix of locally employed and mobile cleaning resources - Experience of delivering 24/7 emergency support for cleaning The award was made to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, using a Price per Quality Point evaluation, assessing the following: * Resourcing * Health and Safety * Staff Management * Continuous Service Improvement * Mobilisation Gateway * Social Value & Sustainability
