Legal Justification
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 1 April 2025. ; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR This is an extension to an existing contract for a pilot scheme the process of which commenced prior to the introduction of PSR Regulations and the contract allows for such extension or extension as required in order to successfully evaluate the pilot scheme where the existing provider is satisfying the existing contract and likely to satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard, and where the proposed contracting arrangements are not changing considerably.
