Midlothian Council (MLC) seeks to appoint a Contractor to deliver a school counselling service for children and young people between the ages of 10-18 years.

Total Quantity or Scope

The service must be available 52 weeks of the year and must also be available out-with school hours and settings.

Renewal Options

Option to extend the initial 2 year period (24 months) for three further one-year periods (12 months).
