Description

Procurement of a Technology Partner. The new model will be delivered under a collaborative approach between Rothercare (the Council's in house community alarm service) and an independent sector Technology Partner. In the new arrangement, Rothercare will continue to deliver the referral, triage, monitoring, and response service whilst the TEC elements; the identification of TEC solutions, installation, and review process and the recycling, disposal and maintenance and procurement of assistive technology equipment are delivered by a Technology Partner from the independent sector. Procurement undertaken as a further competition via the ESPO Framework 203_21 Technology Enabled Care Services - Lot 2 - Technology Enabled Care Services.
