Adult Autism Assessments for Devon patients

Total Quantity or Scope

A Contract is awarded to deliver Autism assessment and brief psychoeducational provision to adults from Devon in line with Right To Choose regulations. The award has been made following direct award process B. The contract is activity based with no minimum value. ASD Assessments, including and all associated follow-up activity, paid at £1780. The contract is from 01/05/2025 to 31/03/2026 with a 12 month extension option. These are existing services delivered under Right to Choose arrangements but a new provider contracting directly with NHS Devon

Legal Justification

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The contract is awarded under Direct Award Process B, having been reviewed by NHS Devon Right to Choose Steering Group. There were no conflicts of interest identified among the Steering Group.
