Description

Solihull College & University Centre is tendering for Waste Services. The contract with our current incumbent is due to expire on 31.07.25 and to ensure ongoing compliance to the Procurement Act Regulations, the College is inviting contractors to tender for Waste Management Services across all campuses, commencing 01.08.2025. It should be noted that the site visit is mandatory for this tender, this will take place on Thursday 10.04.2025 and cover all campuses; therefore it will take the whole day. Travel between sites will be required.

Mixed Municipal Waste (including but not limited to), Dry Mixed Recycling, Cardboard, paper, WEEE, Batteries, Food, hazardous waste, chemicals

Adhoc requirements suitable for a busy Further Education College - containers may contain a range of materials including but not limited to building waste, general waste, furniture, IT waste

Confidential Shredding services for a busy Further Education College - collections from bins around the College campuses at all three sites
4 Donkey Faeces, animal bedding
  • Value: £9K

Animal waste (specifically Donkey waste) for a number of Donkeys located at the Blossomfield Campus only. This also includes provision for waste bedding

Renewal Options

2 extension options in annual increments or as agreed between the parties subject to performance and agreement of rates.
