Supply of approximately 225 units of electrofusion equipment, compliant to the relevant standards: • Should weigh no more than 20kg and be built for heavy duty usage. • Must be designed to weld constant voltage electrofusion fittings suitable for low, medium and high-pressure PE or PP pipe work systems from 16mm to 630mm diameter. • Must have two welding outputs, a controlled voltage between 8V and 48V and a controlled voltage of 79V. • Operated from a nominal 110V AC supply or from a self-contained battery pack. • Must be able to weld fittings in Manual mode and Barcode automatic mode for 40V fittings. • Must have a data log memory that can be downloaded using USB memory.

Supply of approximately 25 units of electrofusion equipment, compliant to the relevant standards: • Should weigh approximately 25-30kg and be built for heavy duty usage. • Must be designed to weld constant voltage electrofusion fittings suitable for low, medium, and high-pressure PE or PP pipe work systems from 16mm to 630mm diameter. • Must be able to maintain a constant high voltage demand. • Must have two welding outputs; a controlled voltage between 8V and 48V and a controlled voltage of 79V. • Can be operated from a nominal 110V AC supply or from a self-contained battery pack. • Must be able to weld fittings in Manual mode and Barcode automatic mode for 40V fittings. • Must have a data log memory that can be downloaded using USB memory.

Supply of approximately 45 units of electrofusion equipment, compliant to the relevant standards: • Should weigh between 20kg and 25kg and be built for heavy duty usage. • Must be designed to weld constant voltage electrofusion fittings suitable for low, medium, and high-pressure PE or PP pipe work systems from 16mm to a minimum of 180mm and up to 355mm diameter. • Must have two welding outputs, a controlled voltage between 8V and 48V and a controlled voltage of 79V. • Operated from a self-contained battery pack. • 12v vehicle charging. • Maximum charging period of one and a half hours • Must be able to weld fittings in Manual mode and Barcode automatic mode for 40V fittings. • Must have a data log memory that can be downloaded using USB memory.
