Description
The service required is for a hearing assessment service, including hearing aid fitting (where required), rehabilitative support, follow-up and aftercare services for adults who are registered with a GP in the commissioned Places in Cheshire and Merseyside.
Total Quantity or Scope
NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB intend to award a 1 year contract via Direct award C to incumbent provider to deliver the Adult Hearing Service to patients in Cheshire East, Cheshire West, Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St. Helens and Wirral. The contract will start on the 1st April 2025, expire on 31st March 2026. This is a tariff based contract with no activity guaranteed.
