Location

Description

The new facilitator will play a key role in connecting various elements of the system, strengthening the role of education within the support offer, and promoting effective collaboration. By mapping and sharing best practices, the facilitator’s support will work towards the establishment of a self-improving, partnership-led system. Additionally, the facilitator will work closely with policy teams and pathfinder local areas to support the implementation of reforms, ensuring local areas, including education settings, receive the necessary support. The long-term vision is to create a self-improving system co-produced by local leaders, focused on whole systems thinking.

Renewal Options

The contract shall run from the effective date for an initial period of 12 months (the contract period) and shall include an optional provision for the Department to extend on an annual basis for up to a maximum of 1 year. Any decision to extend the contract will be subject to affordability, government priorities and policies.
