Description

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) require a confidential waste collection and disposal service (including destruction of CDs and DVDs) across various Council sites. The successful supplier will be responsible for ensuring that all confidential waste is stored in secure bags and disposed of at a secure destruction facility. \r \r Confidential waste refers to any material or information that is considered sensitive, private, or confidential, and requires secure disposal to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. This can include documents, files, or any other physical or digital media that contain sensitive information such as personal data, financial records, proprietary business information, or classified materials.\r \r The anticipated start date of the contract is 01 May 2025.The Contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend annually for a further 2 years (3+1+1).Therefore, if all extensions were taken the full length of the contract would be for five years.\r \r The estimated value of the contract including any possible extensions is £50,000.00.This is an estimated value only. The Council are unable to guarantee any value for the duration of the contract.
