The Relevant Authority is intending to award a contract to the existing provider following Direct Award Process C for Community Forensic Mental Health Step Down Services. This notice is an intention to award a contract to the existing provider following direct award process C. The notice relates to community forensic step down services for people that have been discharged from inpatient forensic mental health care and/or specialist secure care. The lifetime Value of the contract is £1,141,381.44 excluding VAT . The contract term will be for 1 year with no option to extend. The contract will start on 01/04/2025 and end on 31/03/2026
