Description

East Suffolk Council is seeking to commission suppliers with suitable and affordable self-contained nightly let temporary accommodation within the East Suffolk area for households presenting as homeless and where the Council owns them a legal duty under Act.

Renewal Options

The contract period will be between 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026 with additional optional extensions until 30th June 2029 (1-year contract, with an option to extend annually for 12 months at a time for an additional 3 years 1+1+1+1).
