NHS SEL ICB Direct Award C for Care Home Practice Services (Southwark)
Total Quantity or Scope
The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 does not apply to this award. The contract will be awarded by NHS South East London ICB (hereafter referred to as "The Authority") to the existing provider following a Direct Award Process C for the following services: Care Home Practice Services Due to the current provider currently meeting all contractual requirements to a satisfactory level, it is the intention of the authority to enter into contract for the period of 01 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.

Legal Justification
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 18/04/2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR The current provider of the Service is meeting the contractual requirements to a satisfactory level and as there is no change to the contract terms, the intention is to award the provider the contract for the period 01 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 through PSR Direct Award C. Award decision makers: Darren Summers SEL ICB Place Executive Lead - Southwark, Sabera Ebrahim Associate Director of Finance SEL ICB Rebecca Jarvis - Director of Partnerships and Sustainability - SEL ICB Southwark There were no conflict of interest identified in the decision making process. The criteria for evaluation for Potential Future Performance had the following weighting : Quality and Innovation: 20%; Value for Money: 20%; Integration, Collaboration, and Service Sustainability: 20%; Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities, and Facilitating Choice: 20%; Social Value: 20% The criteria were applied with their respective weightings as specified. Current Performance: Assessed against Pass/Fail thresholds of overall score above.
