Description

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking an experienced Consultant to help deliver the ‘External Landlord Intervention’ project which aims to address the high vacant property rates across all three primary towns in Carmarthenshire (Ammanford, Carmarthen and Llanelli). The Consultant is expected to work with agents, landlords and potential end tenant businesses, to unlock vacant units and explore innovative solutions to bring them back into use.
