There is no realistic alternative to the existing provider due to the nature of the health care services. Direct Award B would not apply, as patients do not have a choice of provider. Due to the nature of the health care services, patients access care based on availability and clinical presentation, therefore there are limitations to patient choice Start Date: 1st April 2024. End Date: 31st March 2026. Lifetime Value: £54,779.04

Legal Justification
