Description

A single Service Provider for 3 solo placement Ofsted registered Residential Children Homes for Children with Disabilities who are looked after by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council. The properties are owned by the Council and are located within the Redcar and Cleveland area. The Service Provider will be required to sign Lease Agreements for each of the properties as part of the Contract.

Renewal Options

2 x 12 month optional extension periods available. For Property 3 only, an additional break clause is included to provide the option to end the contract relating to this property in February 2027. See ITT documents for further information.
