Contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year

Technical Competence	To be able to deliver the service required as set out in the ITT
Service Management Competence	To be able to fulfil the requirements and needs of the authority for the duration of the contract
Experience	To demonstrate the ability of servicing a contract of this size and complexity based on how you have delivered it elsewhere

Community Benefit	To work alongside the college in the work that we do within our community
Price	To provide a detailed breakdown of fixed costs for the duration of the contract
Presentation	To demonstrate via a presentation how you can deliver this contract
