To undertake assessments for the purpose of the MCA DoLS of eligible people in order to safeguard against an unlawful deprivation of liberty taking place.
Total Quantity or Scope
Contract purpose is to undertake assessments for the purpose of the MCA DoLS of eligible people in order to safeguard against an unlawful deprivation of liberty taking place.As at the start of this contract, £175 will be paid per assessment, except where an assessment takes place in the community, where £200 will be paid per assessment. Direct award process B; 31/03/2025 - 31/03/2030 (with extension of up to three years per contract)
