The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 does not apply to this award. The contracts will be awarded by NHS England London Region (hereafter referred to as "The Authority") to the existing providers following a Direct Award Process C for the following services: - ANNB Laboratory Services -
