Description

North Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Health Care Partnership seek to commission Care at Home providers to join a transformative framework to deliver care and support for adults and children with care and support needs across North Lincolnshire. The contract is expected to commence on 22nd September 2025 starting with a period of mobilisation. The contract will be in operation for a period of 72 months with the option to extend the terms and conditions for a further period or periods or up to 48 months, subject to contract performance.

Lot Division

1 Geographical Area

Lot 1 - The Service is for adults with care and support needs aged 18 and above who have met the assessment and eligibility criteria under the Care Act 2014 within North Lincolnshire, as determined by the Council's Social Care Teams. The quantity is shown at ITT Section B Lot 1 Appendix 1 - Hours and People in each Geographical area.

2 Care at Night (Roving)

Lot 2 - The Service is for adults with care and support needs at night aged 18 and above who have met the assessment and eligibility criteria under the Care Act 2014 within North Lincolnshire, as determined by the Council's Social Care Teams. The quantity is shown at ITT Section B Lot 2 Appendix 1 based on 600 hours per week.
