This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Intention to Award Notice following a competitive process for Wheelchair Services in Berkshire West to NHS Buckinghamshire Oxfordshire and Berkshire West ICB (The Commissioner). The contract notice previously published on FTS is: 2025/S 000-001828 The contract period is 15th August 2025 to 14th August 2028 for 3 years (option to extend for 2 years (to 14th August 2030)). The total contract value for this procurement is £4,613,149.34 including VAT for the life of the contract (including extensions) and £3,690,519.47 excluding VAT. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the HealthCare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period.
