Description

Tenders were invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers appointed to the Roofing Framework (KMCHNPS-015 - Lot 1) with relevant experience and ability for (the "Works") as detailed in the Further Competition documents. Four roofing schemes were tendered in this competition, they were: - Scheme 1: Soothill (North) - Scheme 2: Garden Estate (North) - Scheme 3: Cottage Homes (South) - Scheme 4: Skelmanthorpe (South)

Lot Division

1 Soothill (North)

Roofing Works to residential properties of varying archetypes including low-rise flats, houses and bungalows. This pitched roof programme is split into 4 schemes and covers properties in North and South Kirklees. Scheme 1 covers the Soothill, Batley area of North Kirklees.
2 Garden Estate (North)

Roofing Works to residential properties of varying archetypes including low-rise flats, houses and bungalows. This pitched roof programme is split into 4 schemes and covers properties in North and South Kirklees. Scheme 2 covers the Garden Estate area of North Kirklees.
3 Cottage Homes (South)

Roofing Works to residential properties of varying archetypes including low-rise flats, houses and bungalows. This pitched roof programme is split into 4 schemes and covers properties in North and South Kirklees. Scheme 3 covers the Cottage Homes area of South Kirklees.
4 Skelmanthorpe (South)
