provision of Medical and Neuropsychology within Leicestershire and Rutland to To provide a competent, efficient and effective workforce• To identify gaps in service provision, and bring to the contract meetings with UHL• All staff will have an annual appraisal and will keep up to date with all mandatory training.• All staff will have regular clinical supervision and attend team meetings to ensure shared learning and outcomes across the team.• Staff will also undertake provision of supervision and training to other professionals.
