Description
Dundee City Council wish to seek bid submissions from suitably qualified and experienced providers to supplement it's framework (Contract Reference C&F/ELC/MAIN/25) for Quality Funded Early Learning and Childcare so all eligible children residing in Dundee can access their entitlement to 1140 hours of funded Early Learning & Childcare.

Early Learning and Childcare for eligible 2 year old children if either: the parent is in receipt of certain benefits or if the child or parent have experienced care. |
2 | Early Learning & Childcare for Eligible 3-5 Year Olds
Early Learning & Childcare for eligible 3-5 year old children. Eligibility will be determined by the Local Authority but broadly children will become eligible on the first day of the school term after their third birthday. |
