Location

Description

The purpose of this contract is to appoint a specialist contractor to conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) along with reactive, remedial, and emergency repairs on existing high level lighting systems. The contract will also include a schedule of labour rates and material on costs etc for the supply & installation, repair works, upgrades of high-level lighting systems and associated parts and accessories.

Renewal Options

The Council reserves the right to extend/renew the Contract up to a further [3 years]. Any extension may be subject to further approval by Council Committee, availability of funding and satisfactory performance of the Contractor.
