Provision of Responsive Maintenance, Out of Hours Call Handling and Emergency Works, Void Property Inspections and Void Property Works and Disability Adaptation Works for a three year period, commencing 1 June 2025

Total Quantity or Scope

The purpose of this Contract is to allow Cadder Housing Association the opportunity to employ a single contractor to carry out reactive repairs, maintenance works and void repairs. Major repairs and capital works will not form part of this contract. An indication of the trades which may be required are: - Electricians - Joiners - Glazing - General Builders - Plumbers - Plasterers/Roughcasting/Ceramic Tilers - Roofers - Painters / Decorators - Fire Alarm Engineers - Controlled Entry & CCTV engineers - Metal Fence Erectors / General Blacksmiths - Cleaning Services - TV & Satellite Aerial Maintenance - Drain Jetting & CCTV Survey Services - Pest Control Services - Carpet Fitting Services This list is not exhaustive. A full list of works will be contained in the Schedule of Rates
