Description
Derbyshire County Council is seeking a service provider(s) for the supply of Resettlement Support Services across Derbyshire, excluding Derby City. This requirement is in two Lots - Lot 1 – Integration and Support Services for Resettlement Schemes (including UK Resettlement, Afghan Resettlement, etc.); and Lot 2 – Mediation, Re-matching, and General Support Services for Homes for Ukraine (HFU) Scheme
Lot Division
| 1 | Integration and Support Services for Resettlement Schemes (including UK Resettlement, Afghan Resettlement, etc.) The Integration and Support Service (Lot 1) will provide a keyworker service to refugees who arrive under formal central government refugee resettlement schemes, including the UKRS, ARAP, and ACRS schemes. |
| 2 | Mediation, Re-matching, and General Support Services for Homes for Ukraine (HFU) Scheme The Mediation, Re-matching, and General Support Services (Lot 2) will provide support to Ukrainians welcomed into the county under the HFU scheme to find a new host placement. This will also include providing mediation support, information, and advice to both hosts and Ukrainian guests. |
