Award Criteria

Question 1 Describe your company's experience in constructing multi-unit residential projects, particularly those using timber frame construction, for social housing. Provide at least two case studies from the past five years.
Question 2 Provide examples of previous social housing or affordable housing projects where you've engaged effectively with residents or local stakeholders.
Question 3 Provide a detailed risk assessment addressing the specific challenges of working adjacent to a railway and busy road. Provide examples of company experience working adjacent to railway infrastructure including details of key personnel who would be suitably qualified to meet NR / TFW requirements.
Question 4 Describe your approach to achieving the required sound insulation levels, considering the external noise sources.
Question 5 What measures will you take to minimize the carbon footprint during construction and over the building's lifecycle? Describe how you will manage on-site waste and ensure responsible sourcing of materials.
Question 6 Describe your approach to customer care (both to Customers and their neighbours) considering the diversity of the Taff Housing’s tenants. Include policy and procedures for working in Occupied Properties with particular attention to the safety and security of Tenants.
