(3) For the duration of the contract, to be responsible for EVCPs, providing a high-quality maintenance and responsive repairs regime. The EVCPO may choose to replace and update the existing EVCPs as required at their own expense, in order to provide full and consistent operation as per agreed and expected service levels. (6) Expand the provision of workplace EVCPs for use by CCBC fleet vehicles and employees within an agreed and set preferential rate for CCBC fleet vehicles for the recharging of electric vehicles at both public and workplace / Depot EVCPs.
