Description

Provision of Public Health Services Relating to Drugs & Alcohol Adult Harm Reduction, Assertive Outreach together with Non Clinical Sexual Health Harm Reduction Services. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. The Supplier was notified in March 2025. The contract will run from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 (with option to extend incrementally 1+1+1+1 years subject to contract review and budget availability). There are no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision. The Authority did not received any representations during the standstill process.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Provision of Public Health Services Relating to Drugs & Alcohol Adult Harm Reduction, Assertive Outreach together with Non Clinical Sexual Health Harm Reduction Services, this contract has now been formally awarded to Renaissance UK Ltd following PSR direct award Process C. The Service will develop an integrated and sustainable approach to harm reduction to improve the lives of the population. It will utilise peers/people with lived experience to support this model. Help people to live longer and sustain healthier lives by reducing preventable deaths and the burden of ill health associated with smoking, high blood pressure, obesity, poor diet, poor mental health, insufficient exercise, poor sexual health and substance misuse. Reducing the burden of disease and disability in life by focusing on preventing and recovering from the conditions with the greatest impact, including dementia, anxiety, depression and drug dependency (Substance Misuse).
