The Soft Landscape Team undertake maintenance and enhancement of the highway environment and is seeking to secure the provision of containerised tree planting stock. Tree stock is required for planting at various locations throughout the county for three years.

Supplier will need to ensure stock that is provided adheres to all requirements stated within the tender documents. Supplier will need to deliver stock to various locations. ** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** Initial Term 3 years - 36 months - no extensions available. Contract start date 16th May 2025. Contract end date 15th May 2028. Contract value range is expressed as £160,000 - £585,000. The contract includes a Main Stock List from which a set quantity of items will be called off each year. The contract also includes the provision for additional products to be called off on an ad-hoc basis. The contract value range above is intended to allow for this additional flexibility—to purchase extra stock as required and to enable other teams within the Council to order products from the agreement when needed.
