Total Quantity or Scope

Practical understanding of procurement regulations including the Public Contract Regulations 2015, Procurement Act 2023 and related legislative and policy requirements. Experience in the evaluation and moderation of tender submissions including but not limited to: developing evaluation models and methodologies defining delivery and technical requirements defining evaluation criteria as part of a competition or commercial procurement process. Evaluation and moderation of tenders in line with the published Management of feedback to Bidders including drafting notification letters and/or assessment summaries
