Description

This Procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 using the Competitive Flexible Procedure. The Authority will be conducting a multi-stage procurement process where Suppliers are first invited to complete a PSQ from which the successful Suppliers will be invited to submit Initial Tenders. The Agreement will be for 13 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years upon agreement from both parties.
