Main Construction and Refurbishment Contract for the Grand Pavilion Porthcawl.
Total Quantity or Scope
This contract was awarded as a result of a Further Competition permissible under the SEWSCAP 4 South East & Mid Wales Collaborative Construction Framework Agreement Lot 7 refers. SEWSCAP ID: 3063. The Tender was split into two Work Packages, Packages A and B, that were priced separately but was let as one contract. Package A - Watertight and Services excluding Rooftop pavilions (strengthening structure in existing building and substructure is included in the package to allow construction of pavilions in future. Package B - Finishing the building to be Building Regulations compliant and enable doors to open for business. Both Packages of Works were Price Capped.
