Description

The Purchasers are seeking a Provider to deliver a Care and Repair Service which will assist homeowners and private sector tenants who are disabled to arrange major/ complex adaptations and provide other services which enable older people and people with disabilities to repair, maintain or adapt their home and promote independence.

Renewal Options

There is the option to extend the contract for two further 1 year periods (2 + 1 + 1), subject to contractor performance and Local Authority requirements
