The City of Edinburgh Council (The Council) The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking to procure up to 6 contractors under a 2 Lot Framework Agreement for the delivery and installation of multi - trade fabric and energy improvement works in mixed tenure and 100% council owned housing stock across the city for a period of up to 4 years. Some of the multi- trade works include but are not limited to the delivery of area based programmed works, housing repairs, maintenance as well as ad-hoc multi-trade works typically covering energy efficiency improvements, whole house retrofit, refurbishment and improvement works.
