To appoint a professional services firm experienced in local government reorganisation, to support East Staffordshire Borough Council, Cannock Chase District Council, Lichfield District Council, South Staffordshire District Council, Stafford Borough Council and Tamworth Borough Council in the necessary local government reorganisation work.
