This is a Contract Award Notice to advise that a contract has been awarded following a Restricted Competition under the PCR 2015 regulations.

Total Quantity or Scope

Navy Digital (ND) requires a support service to ensure effective planning, management, budget allocation, delivery and, decision making across the Digital portfolio to deliver Digital services and capabilities to the Royal Navy (RN) in support of Operational outputs and Business as Usual (BAU) in line with the Digital and Data (DD) plan.

Award Criteria

Requirement - Detail the strategies and measures you will implement to ensure consistent delivery of outputs across all services throughout the entire duration of the contract. 17.5%

This should include specific strategies and methodologies you plan to use, how you will identify potential areas for improvement and efficiencies, and how you will measure the effectiveness of these improvements. Additionally, could you explain how you will communicate and implement these recommendations for improvements in processes? 15%
Culture - Detail your approach to fostering a partnering culture with the Authority; this should include specific strategies you plan to use building on past experiences of successfully creating such a culture, and how you will measure the effectiveness of these strategies. Additionally, please explain how you will handle any potential challenges or conflicts that might arise in the course of this partnership. 10%
