Description

Transport Trading Limited (TTL) is seeking a single supplier to provide HGV Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI's), servicing and repairs and maintenance service to emergency response vehicles. TTL is running an older fleet of vehicles between the age range of 8-17 years. TTL is looking for a maintenance contractor to look after TTL vehicles for a maximum of three years (2+1 year contract).

Renewal Options

Option to extend for up to an additional 12 months.

Award Criteria

Technical Capability Evaluation Bidders are requested to populate the Appendix 1 - Technical Questions document, this can be located in the ITT pack on SAP Ariba. Please note there is a minimum scoring threshold of "2 - Meets Requirements" for each of the questions in the Technical Submission. Scoring below this threshold for any questions will result in a non-compliant tender.
Social Value Evaluation To be aligned with TfL governance bidders are requested to complete their social value submission. Information and guidance on how to complete this is located in Volume 1 - Invitation to Tender document, which can be located in the ITT pack on SAP Ariba, to gain access to the sourcing event please contact madeleineshermer@tfl.gov.uk.
