National Adoption Youth Forum - To consult, develop and deliver an Adoption focussed Youth Forum on a National basis.

24 months extension available in any combination

Quality	The quality element of the evaluation will be set at 80%, due to the importance of the successful provider being able to meaningfully engage young people and deliver outcomes aligned with the strategic aims of Adoption England, rather than simply offering the lowest cost.
Price	The price element of the evaluation will be set at 20%, this is recognising that the contract is fully grant-funded with a fixed budget, and that the primary objective is to secure a provider capable of delivering a high-quality, nationally impactful youth participation service.
