Description

Pick Everard will provide a monitoring oversight role for the Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) on behalf of Homes England. A summary of the role is as follows: review emerging designs for CDC and provide advice to Homes England (in our role as landlord) on key design issues we need to be aware of; attend meetings alongside Homes England with Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUHT) and their contractor Henry Brothers; and monitor delivery of the construction works up until completion and report on any issues to Homes England. Key technical services will include Structural and Civil Engineering advice and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
