Description

The Council is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with several Service Providers who will ‘buy’ and collect from the Council, previously collected and segregated materials for recycling. The materials are broken down into 3 separate Lots: HWRC Scrap Metals, Housing Stock Scrap Metals and Automotive Batteries.
