Description

This procurement involves the establishment of a single supplier framework to deliver a number of civil engineering work packages associated with the Levelling up Funding for Moray.

Total Quantity or Scope

Moray Council is seeking a single supplier framework to engage with a contractor to deliver a number of civil engineering projects over a 2-3 year period, funding has been received through the levelling up funding from UK Government. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal Options

The framework may be extended for a further period of 1x 12 months
