Description

North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) previously issued a Prior Information Notice (PIN) under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 ("PCR 2015") on the 12/11/2024 (Notice reference: 2024/S 000-036643). This engagement has defined the scope and requirements for the re-procurement of the current framework agreement CPC Drive - Vehicle Leasing and Salary Sacrifice Scheme (NOE.0524). The re-procurement of the Framework is planned as follows: CPC Drive: Salary Sacrifice for Cars, Vehicle Leasing and Vehicle Hire: • Lot 1 - Salary Sacrifice and Lease Cars - Employee Contribution • Lot 2 - Lease of Vehicles up to 3.5 tonne • Lot 3 - Hire of Vehicles up to 3.5 tonne NOE CPC intend to issue a tender under the Procurement Act 2023 to establish a Framework following the competitive flexible procedure procurement route. Prior to issuing a Tender Notice (UK4) NOE CPC are issuing this Preliminary Market Engagement Notice (UK 2) to share with the market the intended framework terms and associated call-off terms.
