Description

NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (the Participating Authority) has undertaken a further competition under the Countess of Chester Hospital's 'All Age Continuing Care Services' Framework Agreement Terms and Conditions (F/092/AACCS/23/MH) for provision of Retrospective Reviews and Appeals (the Services). The Framework was established prior to 24 February 2025 and in accordance with the Framework Guidance, the Authority has undertaken a Call Off via competitive procedure under the 'social and other specific services' in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). The proposed Call Off Contract is awarded to Xyla Services, for a period of 6 months from 1st July 2025 until 31st December 2025, with the possibility of extending the term for a period of 6 additional months beyond the initial contracted duration by agreement between the Participating Authority and the successful tenderer. The Call Off Contract to be entered into by the Participating Authority and the successful tenderer will be based on the NHS Framework Agreement for the Provision of Services 2022 and Call-Off Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services and all subsequent variations thereof, as provided for within the Framework. The aggregate value of the Call Off Contract (including extensions and any available options exercisable during the term of the Proposed Call Off Contract) is £128,680 (exclusive of VAT).
