Great Yarmouth Preservation Trust invites Contractors, with a proven track record of working on Listed Buildings and with Charities, to tender for Phase 1 (enabling) works at The Iron Duke, Jellicoe Road, Great Yarmouth. The Project has an anticipated construction budget of £ 150,000.00 following successful NLHF funding approval and aims to be on site at the end of July 2025.
